Saint Rose of Lima Religious Education Program - Grades K-5!

Faith Formation at Our Parish
Faith formation is a lifelong journey that begins in the home, where parents lay the foundations of faith for their children. Our parish is here to support families in guiding their children toward a life of discipleship.
We are blessed with many dedicated volunteers who share their gifts in our programs, but more help is always needed. By giving your time, talent, and treasure, you ensure that our children continue to experience solid Catholic teaching, spiritual enrichment, liturgy, and service.
Together, we can help our young people discover the difference faith makes in our lives.

Elementary Curriculum
Our elementary faith formation program uses Sadlier's Christ in Us curriculum, helping children grow in their knowledge of God and the Catholic faith. Families also have access to an online portal with interactive resources to reinforce each lesson and continue faith-filled learning at home.

Sacramental Preparation
- First Reconciliation and First Holy Communion
  
  Sacramental Preparation
  We are honored to walk with you and your family as your child prepares to celebrate the Sacraments of First Reconciliation and First Communion.
  Preparation for these sacraments is a two-year journey. Children begin with a year of religious education (typically first grade) before entering their sacramental preparation year (typically second grade). Preparation for First Reconciliation begins in January of the second year, followed by preparation for First Communion in the spring.
  We look forward to celebrating these special milestones with your child and helping them grow closer to Christ through these sacraments.

  Please register all students in Pre-K through Grade 8 by Aug. 31st.
