Children’s Liturgy of the Word
Children’s Liturgy of the Word is offered for all children in kindergarten and first grade. During Mass, just before the readings begin, the children are invited to the front of the church to receive a special blessing and are then dismissed by the priest.

They gather in the Family Life Center for:

• A song

• Adapted Scripture readings

• An age-appropriate reflection

• A fun activity

The children return to the assembly at the offertory to join their families for the remainder of Mass.

No registration required

Participation in Liturgy of the Word for Children does not replace first grade religious education classes.
